Dorm Room Feng Sui - $10.95 for all those kiddos (i’m graduated so i get to say that now) heading to school (or back to school) to live in a dorm!  i really think this book could cure some woes before they arise!  you’d be suprised just how disgruntled you can get at your roommate, and how quickly. maybe this could help! back in my dorm days (i only survived 1 semester of dorm living) my roommate and i put up a temporary curtain between the sleeping/living area and the sink/bathroom area, and we both raised our beds up as high as they could go, stuffed a bunch of crap underneath, and hung a sheet over it all so you couldn’t tell.  it actually was a pretty decent set up.  ANYWAY, this book seems like it would have some great ideas, and could easily be gifted to a friend once you’re done with it!
